At All Out Smash in Denver, we follow all Colorado regulations. Smash rooms are fully legal in Denver, CO, so long as operators ban hazardous materials and follow Colorado e-waste disposal laws. Unlike in California, where smashing e-waste in rage rooms is explicitly illegal and subject to DTSC or fire department citations, our facility never allows TVs, computers, or batteries inside. We comply with Colorado’s universal waste rules by channeling any broken electronics to licensed recyclers. That’s how we stay legal, safe, and 100 % eco-friendly.
