1Is axe-throwing safe for beginners?
Yes. Denver guests get a quick safety briefing and coach guidance before throwing.
2Do I need prior experience?
Nope! Our coaches teach you stance, grip, and scoring games.
3What should I wear for axe thowing?
Closed-toe shoes are required. Wear comfortable clothing for easy movement.
4How many people per lane?
Lane capacity varies by package. The booking system shows recommended group sizes.
5What games can we play?
From classic bullseye scoring to tic-tac-toe and team challenges—your coach will suggest options.
6Is there an age limit for axe throwing?
Yes—minimum ages apply and waivers are required. See the booking page for current requirements.
7Can we drink and throw?
You must remain safe to participate. Staff may pause or stop throwing if anyone appears impaired.
8Do you host leagues or tournaments?
We do our axe throwing based off of World Axe Throwing League (WATL) but we do not currently do leagues or tournaments. Stay tuned!
9How long is an axe thowing session?
Most sessions run about an hour; exact timing depends on your package.
10Is private axe-throwing available?
Yes. Private lanes and venue buyouts are available for groups and corporate events.
11What if someone in our group doesn’t want to throw?
No problem. They can cheer you on with food or drinks from the Smash Shack nearby.
12Do you provide left-handed or different axe sizes?
We keep a variety of axes on hand. Your coach will help you choose a comfortable fit.
